Very nice and informative. Friendly, happy personality.
Excellent "bedside manner". Answered my questions clearly and explained my situation well. He gave me a cortisone shot in my old knee and was so gentle I barely felt the needle prick. Although it felt so much better immediately, which, I understand was numbing to give the cortisone time to kick in, it is five days later and beginning to hurt. Unfortunately I don't remember how long he said it would take for the cortisone to kick in. That said, Ryan is one of the most informative and pleasant people I have met in healthcare.
Seemed very caring, and the procedure which can be painful was almost pain free.
