Dr. Dugan is wonderful! Explains everything, great with kids! Charlotte, his receptionist is great with insurance coverage and scheduling. Both are very attentive and helpful!
Best eye exam ever! Dr. Dugan took his time with me and was very thorough. I felt like I was his only patient. I have been to multiple eye doctors and always felt rushed and left not seeing correctly. I highly recommend Dr.Dugan! Charlotte is very friendly and helpful with insurance. If you have been struggling with finding an awesome eye doctor, give them a call!!! You will be so happy you made the change.

I took my 3 boys (4 and under) to see him and he was PHENOMENAL. I mean he was really amazing. My boys can be a little overwhelming at times but he was so patient and explained everything to me plus my boys had a great time. My best friend and her daughter went to see him a week later because I told her how great he was. I highly recommend him!
I was very early (1 1/2 hrs ) for my appt and they worked me in no problem. Dr Ryan and Charlotte are both so polite and professional and he explains things so well!!!
