He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn't talk clearly and talked to me in a very unacceptable fashion. It seems like he has some language barrier issues because he mostly uses sign language which is very difficult to understand!

The dentist that works at this office refused to listen to me about complications that occurred from a previous extraction he performed on me. He did not take precautions on the second extraction he performed on me and now I have a dry socket. The fillings he did on my teeth look worse than the cavities he filled.
this place is a joke... I walked in and saw some well dressed guy in a lab coat carrying in a desktop computer only to find out he is the dentist that will be working on my daughter. I do not have transportation so I called the nearest place to me that took my insurance.. called them and asked if the seen emergency patients. she said no. I explained that my daughter needed to see a dentist asap as she is in very bad pain. still a no.. only to get an appointment 2 weeks later.
