Dr. DeClerk always listens to me and helps figure out what to do.
Dr. Declerk has been my doctor for over a year. He is extremely kind and observant. He even helped me pinpoint some digestive issues I was having for years.
He seemed nice enough, but recommended I have GeneSight test done. Not a big deal since I had already looked into it myself. Upon receiving results, switched my anxiety/depression medication without having me ween off previous Rx - horrible results! Initially told me to stop cold turkey, but when I called to question this, nurse advised me to half the dose for one week. Dr Declerk was good about listening to my symptoms of depression and pains related to a botched bunion sergers by dr Sheehan which resulted in my toes being amputated and loosing my job. I really appreciate him also being on top of my heart and medication change for blood pressure. I recently moved from the area and will miss him and all the nice people at this northwest clinic. Thank you again
Dr. DeClerk is an excellent doctor. I have been going to him ever since I moved to NWA. Through his counsel, I was able to resolve digestive issues that I've been dealing with for over 5 years.
My husband and I both see Dr. DeClerk. We are very happy with our treatment. He is quiet and thoughtful. He is attentive and concerned. We are in good hands with Dr. DeClerk. He searches for solutions and really wants to help. I suggest him to all my friends and family.
Recently visited secondary to symptoms of irritable bowl. Dr. Declerk was knowledgeable and thorough. He performed appropriate tests and measures. After the appointment, I left with an increased sense of comprehension for my condition and plan of care.
