Kelly was amazing and very thorough! I appreciated her kindness and explanation as well as her encouragement. Dr. sparks was kind as well. Thank you very much.
Dr. Sparks and his staff were top shelf. He understood my concerns and explained his philosophy for his practice. His hygienist Rachael was so thorough and gentile. She explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this practice!
There are two receptionist today that were not the usual ones I’ve seen for the last 25 years. I had to have a small filling treated and I was given a bill and a print out while in the chair When I got to the front desk, the prices didn’t match and the two receptionist argued with me over $20 that was in excess of what was quoted and printed out for me in the end they conceited But they are billing my insurance for that extra $20. I was kind of dismayed that in a $432 Bill they want to gang up on me for 20 bucks
I had a tooth problem while traveling. They got me in as soon as I got home, diagnosed the issue and got me a next day referral with the specialist. I've been Dr. Sparks patient since he came to Corvallis. Would not go elsewhere.
