The guy who took my information was very attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I wasn't in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before being called back. I was met with a charismatic young lady who directed me through the office. The x ray tech came and got me within a couple of minutes, and he was a very nice guy as well. My PA was very thorough in explaining my continued recovery steps. She was also easy to talk to. The ladies who scheduled my follow-up appointment were quite cheery and smiling as well.
