Contrary to "Bridget L.'s" belief, Ryan Curtis is very professional and very customer oriented business owner. He is a very knowledgeable insurance agent who went the extra mile to make sure that I was properly covered not just with my home and auto policies but the full scope of insurance. I would suggest if you're looking for new insurance or just want to verify that you are covered that you give his office a call.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a terrible and has horrible communication. The receptionist set an appointment up through my insurance company confirmed everything but then never bothered to call to cancel. She had my information and not once called me to tell me they couldn't do my angiogram MRI or called the company that scheduled it. I changed my day off and drove all the way to their place of buisness and now I wont get the scan I need before my deductible resets. She did not apologize for dropping the... read more
