I do NOT recommend Ryan Cudahy. He was very impersonal and transactional during my appointment - he didn’t really care about my wellbeing. During my annual preventative care appointment with this doctor, I got charged for additional codes outside of preventative care with NO communication from his / the clinic's end around what kind of care during the appointment would be covered by my insurance and what I would be responsible for. His staff and office are excellent, but he’s a terrible primary care provider. I would know, because I trained as one. Minimal intake on prior medical history, meds, etc. There was tremendous pushback on non-narcotic med refills. My insurance was expiring, and I requested an extra refill on meds a month before so that I wouldn’t get cut off. Dr Cudahy refused to refill them, and then only after the insurance cut-off authorized them nearly 3 weeks later, at which point I had to pay full price, out-of-pocket. The management being Kheloud Husein, Pamela and Monica are not trained and do not train or oversee staff. These people took on managing 60 plus of Dignity Health doctors' offices. The staffs are untrained because management remains untrained to train the staff. Doctors' orders are not carried through. Staff never answers the phone. The call center ports.
