I was a loyal customer of Ryan & Company for several years and had an active maintenance contract with them, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I called them out for a furnace issue that, while not constant, was persistent enough to need attention. Their technicians came out multiple times and were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. The company was very easy to work with. Speaking with Erin on the phone was great as she was efficient and pleasant. The technician, Shane, came out and did a fantastic job. He worked quickly, neatly and, most importantly, the job was a great success. I would highly recommend them.

I requested for Anthony at Ryan Plumbing Co. because 2 years ago, he installed my kitchen faucet and he did a great job. This time, he installed a bidet, checked the water pipe system, change the water connector to the toilet and replaced the flushing system and again he did an excellent job with his assistant (sorry I couldn’t recall his name). They were both very professional and the I’m very satisfied and happy with their job well done.
