Went in for tire rotation, left with TPMS not reset. Went back in yesterday to get it reset...it's still not reset. It sure would be nice to know when my tires are dangerously over or under-infalted. Ridiculous.

I had the greatest service today. Darrin S - Service Advisor - was my angel and was able to get my Envoy in and get it fixed TODAY - saving me the cost of a rental because, of course, it is New Year's Eve and every dealership everywhere was out of cars and NONE of them would be able to work on my car today. I wasn't expecting that Darrin would have my car worked on today either - had already heard of the backlog. But he managed to get it done and this customer DEFINITELY appreciated the effort!
