I was told they could hold a vehicle for a week to give me time to arrange a ride to come pick it up. I took time off work, canceled meetings, and got my mom to come stay with my dying grandmother so my pawpaw could take me out there. Let me start out by saying our salesmen Blain and Scott were wonderful! They help us in every way possible when we recently purchased our 2024 Tahoe, they worked in every way possible to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed !!!! The Service Dept on the other hand is a very different story ! Last week my husband scheduled an appointment to have my 2024 Tahoe serviced for 9:15 am, I arrived at 9 am and checked in.
