Go somewhere else for repairs! Dropped my van off Dec. 4 to replace my torque converter before I went out of town. I called Dec 16 to arrange pick up. THE PART WASN'T ORDERED YET. The service gentleman spent more time complaining about how busy he was and how many unhappy customers he had than to try to figure out my situation. It was finally done Dec 20.
