Very professional and expedient! Responded to all questions efficiently, scheduled house showings quickly, and took my feedback into account for what I wanted in a house. I’m a first time homebuyer, and he was excellent explaining and helping me with the steps of the process throughout.

Not one to leave reviews, but I absolutely had to give a shout out to my guy, Ryan Cavanaugh! This is the second time I have used him (to buy my first home over 5 years ago and then turned around and used him to sell it ). Great Realtor. Was referred to Ryan by a family friend and am really glad I was! Was super helpful and very informative throughout every step of the way- going above and beyond what is expected of a Realtor. From first walk through of a house, inspecting, paperwork steps etc. Great experience! Will definitely be back for future purchases/sales
