Jessica is the absolute BEST! We use her for my job's policies and I use her for my own needs. She is informative, responsive and polite. I always feel like she really puts an effort into finding us the best deals to meet our needs.
I am very disappointed with my experience. When I first signed up with Jessica Wilson at Ryan Carlson American Family Insurance, I was told I would receive a discount if I paid my policy in full, which I did using my credit card over the phone. What was not disclosed was that I also needed to have a bank account on file for autopay in order to avoid extra fees.
