What would seem a bias review, isn’t. My wife and I realized the market was hot and wanted to list our last home to capitalize on the current selling conditions. Our house had multiple offers in under 24 hours. Signed contracts, appraisal came back $10k under agreed price. Ryan fought the appraisal and got us the amount we wanted.
