I really appreciate Dr. Oeltgen and his office staff. They were quick to respond to a prescription need.
Dr. Oeltgen is very intelligent and explained my condition very clearly to me. He is one of the best physicians that I have been to.
We found all of the staff in this office to be courteous and conscientious. The office ran very efficiently. Our wait time was short and the time we spent with Dr. Oeltgen was very beneficial. I can not think of one negative thing about my experience with this office. The standard of care is exceptional.
On more than one occasion the office manager showed utter disregards for patients. Instead, she focused on patient's strong adherence to policy, Also, on one occasion she willfully lied to me (a patient) regarding the reputation of an associated heart surgeon!
