I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Jones and the staff.
Always had a good experience with Dr. Jones. I feel like he takes the necessary time during my appointments to look for problems and answer questions.
The only good thing about being a patient is that I save money on copays because I know if I go see him he’s not gonna treat me. So I just don’t go. He’ll tell you to take some aspirin, eat almonds, and take a nap. He hasn’t treated anything I’ve seen him for. Just bad holistic advice. My whole family has had the same experience. We’re stuck with him until we find another doctor.
The Dr and his staff is extremely bad and returning phone calls and getting back to your pharmacist for your prescriptions. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for high blood medicine. This is the 4th time this has happened in one year. I would not this Dr or office. Better options are out there that will return phone calls.
Excellent care provided by Dr. Jones. Was very courteous and did a great job listening to me and diagnosing and getting me taken care of
