Went in to get a crown for one of my molars (tooth #14) around August 2024, and when it was time to have it placed, I was told by Dr. Saxena that the new crown was too big-- but they placed it in anyway. Over the next couple weeks, I had to go back in to get the tooth shaved down on two separate occasions just so I could get a decent bite, since apparently the crown was too high. Was told they accepted my disabled girlfriends health plan, went through a lot of work to get a ride set up for her appointment, and then they called and said they don't take her health plan anymore at the last minute. Very unprofessional.
They were very gentle and patient with me when I had a crown done for the first time. They do a great job and Dr. Saxena is very thorough and kind. They also have fair prices. Everyone e is the office is friendly and nice.
