Disappointed in the communication. He asked me to reach out if my condition worsened, which it did. I texted through the portal at 7 am. Then around 11 tried three times to contact his office. When around 1 pm I finally talked with his nurse she said she would share my message with him and get back to me. At 3 I called again and was told he was unavailable and the message his nurse shared with him was totally botched, misunderstanding my concern. The nurse on duty essentially told me to go to the ER. Frustrating.
Dr Burgette was great. He explained all the test results and assured me yhat all looked good.
