Super disappointing experience. Not made to feel like I have any say or power in my treatment or who my provider was. I was often seen by a different provider each time with no explanation. I was also dropped as a patient during a mental health care crisis (I missed an appointment). They added me back but was again demoted to another provider who made me feel like I have no say so in my treatment. He is the best
Like so many other have posted, if you work for a living don't go here. I had posted a steller review, but today i recived a call that I can no longer be seen because of no compliance. Reason being, i didn't want to go to the er. My BP had been acting up and i had text them, (only way to get a response). I was told to go to the er and i explaind to them that i would rather not waste the time or money, just to have them send me home and tell me to go see my Dr. Don't go there if you have any kind of mental disorder, I'm bi-po... read more
Horrible staff. Was told I needed to see two different PA’s not the Dr. After arguing about this was told they would no longer be able to see me. I was left with no script refills. So much for “caring for your Pt’s”
