If I could give no stars I would. This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever been a part of. 2 men showed up 45+ minutes after request and my pregnancy was rapidly moving along. The men then struggled to reconnect my IV and it took ~30 minutes to get me from the OB floor into the ambulance. They did not let my husband ride with me. While in the ambulance, my contractions were quickly progressing and I continuously asked why the lights/sirens were not on. We were driving at a normal speed (my family actually ... read more
Was transported from Fort Atkinson to Madison. Had surgery in Madison went home 9 days later. Two days after being home got a bill for 1800 dollars demanding full payment. My wife was out of work 8 weeks to care for me and I was out of work for 14 weeks. Four days after returning to work. Ryan Brothers turned over to collection. Contacted them and was told that insurance didn't pay Very unsympathetic about my situation and still demanded full payment immediately. I told the woman I had just went back to work and was not ... read more

RBA is the best, plain and simple. They treat every patient like family, and with impeccable medical expertise. They take employee training very seriously, and ensure that patients get only the best care possible. They provide care with great staff, an extremely well maintained fleet, and state of the art equipment.
Eric and the other medic, I didnt catch his name, were very friendly and professional while transporting me from Ft Atkinson hospital to UW Madidon hospital. These gentlemen took really good care of me.
As a potential patient who is trusting your employees to care for me, can I be assured that I am safe with them?
over 1000 to go 20 miles when i didnt even need ambulance was transfeed from stoughton hosp to madison horrible
I'm a flight medic. Last night, we've brought a patient into Madison Airport and was met at the airport by rig 74 with Ryan Brothers, I believe it was 74 but not 100%. I just wanted to say that Ryan and Josh who were aboard the ems unit, they were very outstanding and caring toward our patient and us. They were both very professional and I don't believe they could have taken their job any more serious. When I come back to the Madison area, I do hope that I get the same EMS crew because I could not ask for better. My patient ... read more
