This guy Ryan Brooks guy that runs this place is unstable...Be very careful being around him...I just want to say someone needs to watch the kind of people that are doing this and make sure people are safe in their presence because this guy is really unstable Mental Health wise..He threatened my life and said all kind of crazy things....Be careful if you are around this guy alone....Screenshots of his threats in convos will be posted with this msg....Thank You.

Ryan helped me close a tricky transaction for two properties that had some unusual lot and neighborhood elements. He was always available and stayed on the other realtor and the people handling the misc. details like surveying. Ryan was knowledgeable about the market and area and best of all he was easy to work with. I highly recommend Ryan and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Ryan is a great realtor who is one of the least transactional people I've done business with. In other words, in my experience working with him, he cares very little about the transaction, and cares a ton about exactly what my needs are and how he might be able to help me meet them. He's professional, courteous, giving, fun, and an all around pleasure to work with. I'll continue working with him and would suggest him to anyone!
