Ryan Brodmann is phenomenal!! We were in the market for a condo as first time homeowners and he made us feel like his only priority. He was responsive to all of our questions and many times reached out to us first to see if we liked a listing he provided. I liked that he made me feel like he was just as invested in this as we were. Our process was so smooth. We are definitely referring him to all of our friends and will be coming back to him when we are ready for our next place.

Couldn’t be more impressed by a Realtor. Ryan is detailed, aggressive and present in the home buying process. He wants what you want and is willing to stick his neck out to get you what you want. He is a friend of mine before this home buying process, but can honestly say he’s a closer friend to me then ever before. Thanks compadre!

Our experience with Ryan far exceeded our expectations. He is extremely professional and has a thorough understanding of the San Diego market.
