I love this company. They hold a key to our lake house which shows just how much we trust them. EVERY service person we have been in contact with has been so helpful. Even the person who answers the phone is a delight. I'm very pleased and DO recommend them.
Very disappointed in this company. They came out to fix my furnace and changed a switch. Not only did I get overcharged for the part, I had to pay for their drive time back to the office to get it!! After that the furnace worked for about an hour and went out again. Called the next morning and was told it was probably the board, they would not put the $200 I paid the previous day toward this new bill even though they hadn't fixed it!! The work was done great..the repairman was great....the receptionist who we delt with the whole time was a NIGHTMARE!!! The wrong part got delivered, the part got delivered, she never returned phone calls. She even said a couple of times I have the parts place on the phone now I will call right back. She even quoted us the wrong price. About 5 days of us calling them. She should be F I R E D !!
