This review isn't directed to Dr. Fleming personally, but his hygentist staff is a reflection of his practice, so perhaps so inadvertently. Two back to back appointments where the hygentist has called out last minute. I understand things happen, but both occasions I was called last minute while sitting in the parking lot waiting for the office to open for my appointments. Profesionally unacceptable in my book and will be finding a new practice in Charleston.
First time patient there today and they were amazing! I have such bad anxiety about the dentist and the assistant was so attentive to my needs and made me feel so comfortable as well as Dr. Fleming. Definitely recommend!!!
Dr. Fleming is hands down Charleston’s best. I have been going to his office for six months now and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. His staff is amazing, appointments are a breeze-but what sets him apart is his unbelievable knowledge and bedside manor. He goes far above & beyond for his patients and his work is flawless.
