Dr. Eads was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and treated me like he really cared for my welfare. I appreciated his demeanor and thoroughness.
Ever since Dr. Eads came to the practice it’s been amazing. Him and Becky are seriously the best ever. I feel like I’m heard and my concerns and validated instead of dismissed.
I’m pleased so far with Dr. Eads. He was personable and thorough asking many questions. He explained my options for my broken arm in terms I understood. He managed to get me on his surgery schedule within five days! I’m looking forward to being his patient now and forward. His staff worked efficiently getting me set up for all the tests needed. It was amazing.
