Do not recommend, hired to replace rotors and break pads. He didn't properly tighten the caliber bolts. Resulting in collateral damage of $1,600 to our front end. Told us to tow it back to him (2.5hrs away). Said since a 3rd party (Ford dealership) looked at it he's not liable for damages. Why would you bring a car back to someone who didn't do the job correctly the first time. Save yourself the time and headache and use a real mechanic. Mechanic negligence at its finest.
We were on a trip when the alternator belt broke. When I called to see if they could help me out, they were very friendly on the phone and said not a problem and come on by. He was very understanding on our situation and jumped right on it. He even explained something's he saw that might cause me problems down the road so I can take care of it in advance. He was very professional the entire time. Thanks again for making someone's Christmas
