Recently bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee from Ryan’s Auto Mall, Emma and Dave were both wonderful people to work with making the buying process very pleasant. However the reconditioning process afterwards was disappointing. (For context, the front bumper was scratched and pushed upwards which also misaligned the driver side head, along as some other scratches on the driver side fender and quarter panel.) Great experience! We have been more very satisfied with each encounter we’ve had at this dealership. I had considered purchasing a different make of vehicle at another dealership, but ultimately decided on another Jeep Grand Cherokee at Ryan’s Jeep in Monticello due to my past experience with them.
Emma was wonderful! She knew so much and went the extra mile to get us what we wanted. It was very easy to communicate with her and it was amazing to see a young female in this industry. I trusted her 100 percent and was so glad she was there to help me! Will definitely be back!
