Our Enclave was in for a trailer hitch install. Michael was very welcoming! ( and patient! - after I got to the service lounge, I realized I had left my glasses in the car… then my cell phone, which he ran back and got after the car was in the Service bay…) The install was done much quicker than expected, and they had taken care of a CA emissions recall at the same time. Great Service! I’ll be back again!
I highly recommend Ryan Chevrolet, everyone I dealt was professional and very easy to work with. AJ was a great saleman. He took his time to show us the options on the car and how they worked.
Craig was very helpful, friendly and made the experience enjoyable. He was able to help me with a trade in for my car. I didnt catch the managers name, but he was helpful as well!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM! Sales is OK, but they clearly do not take the time to do a proper inspection on a vehicle before selling. And once "repaired" and scratches found across the vehicle that were pointed out and requested for repair...they only repair the bare minimum (not all discussed) yet say that everything has been fixed. Quite a joke and would not trust them to buy a car again let alone repair a car in fear of it getting destroyed and not fixed properly. Was extremely hopeful for a good experience, b... read more
