I helped my 80 year old uncle buy a used 2023 Ford Expedition Max from Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo and it was honestly a horrible experience. The price of the car was good, but our salesman, Craig Clement, was so rude and acted so entitled to the sale of this car, if we hadn’t drove three hours then we would’ve walked away. He’d get visibly annoyed with my uncle when he had questions or make small talk and would literally roll his eyes at him.
