Totally out of touch with reality. My attorney hired Ryan Appraisal Services on my behalf as a part of a very ugly divorce. The appraisal and his comps were way off. In June of 2024, the house, barn, outbuildings and 28 fully fenced acres in Fauquier county a mile from Stafford County appraised at $926,000. Ryan Appraisal Services, April of 2025 appraised it at $800,000, which forced me to agree to a minimal settlement. Jim said he would be here between 3-4. At 330 i went in the backyard assuming here was starting outside. He claims he came to the front door and knocked. I didnt see any car pull in the driveway nor did i hear anyone outside. He did not try to call my cell phone which he had. When i called him he yelled and cussed me out on the phone and said find another appraiser. Very unprofessional, aggressive and borderline abusive. Very disappointed.
