Jim said he would be here between 3-4. At 330 i went in the backyard assuming here was starting outside. He claims he came to the front door and knocked. I didnt see any car pull in the driveway nor did i hear anyone outside. He did not try to call my cell phone which he had. When i called him he yelled and cussed me out on the phone and said find another appraiser. Very unprofessional, aggressive and borderline abusive. Very disappointed.

Ryan Appraisal Service is out of touch with the property values in Loudoun County, cost us a great deal of time and effort dealing with a VA refinance, and the appraiser has a conflict of interest that should be known to other home owners.
