Ryan Akers is the least professional realtor I’ve ever met. He showed up to meetings unprepared, forgot key details about our preferences, and gave terrible advice that nearly cost us thousands. The process dragged on because of his disorganization. If you want to buy or sell in Cape Coral, find someone who actually cares. A COMPLETE waste of time!
