I wish I could give this office 0 stars. My mother waited 4 months for an appointment and when she arrives for the appointment the staff tells her she cannot be seen because she needs an authorization. Why was this not checked before the appointment?!! I've worked in doctor's offices and we would check for authorization days before not at the time of the appointment.
