Terrible scheduling experience. They scheduled me in for an appointment on a day when Donald wasn’t even in the office. Then when I went in, they tried telling me it was my fault and they left me a voicemail, even as I showed them my phone with no voicemails. Called my primary care to refer me to a different specialist.

I’m a new patient to this office and I have not had a great experience with the scheduling team. They offer very poor service do not adhere to the orders that are sent to them from the physicians, I was told that the scheduling team would call me to schedule my appointment I got a call to set up my 3 month appointment. Was told someone will call you to schedule a treatment appointment which is normal.
