We've been seeing Dr Clagg for over 4 years now and I am so happy to have him as our family doctor. The children are treated south respect and great care and I've never felt like he didn't listen to a concern, even a silly one. He's truly one of the best and even though my amazing union insurance ended, I now pay through expensive private insurance to maintain him for our family care.
Dr. Ryan Clagg's office is awful and inconsiderate. First, I had to wait 4 months to even get an appointment and I have not been feeling well. The day of the appointment, I was unfortunately 15 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway. Upon arrival, his office would not honor my appointment because I was 15 minutes late and turned me away. (Side note, in all my years I have never had a doctor see me on time, ever.) I was recommended to Dr. Clagg by a friend when my GP went on leave at another provider. The process of getting an appointment set and medical records provided through the UCLA health system was like something out of a George Orwell novel. They don't have email. You can't get the office (let alone the Dr.) on the phone to provide medical records. They literally told me I needed to drive to Burbank or send a fax. This is the year 2025. This is Ryan Clagg himself. I'm not the one responding to the reviews on here. Whoever is responding is someone who's never met me or worked in my clinic. Don't be fooled! Know the truth! I also gave myself 5 stars because why not?
Great doctor, smart, kind and takes time with his patients! Highly recommend for whole family
