Nikki and Petty at the front desk were extremely unprofessional about something as sensitive of a referral is took 7 months to get, it is hard enough having a child with special needs and when we are dealing with office staff with 0 compassion it is heartbreaking. We still dont know why the dates of my childs ABA referral were changed, they say it was the system and they dont know and cannot do anything to help. He's very to the point, which I appreciate as a nurse. I don't need things sugar coded. He is also very open to parent input. I feel like he listens to us if we want to try a new treatment/medication with our autistic son. Because of this our son has really flourished under his care. I feel like he really wants to help my child and give us realistic expectations.
Long wait to be seen over 3moths. Not to sure of the diagnosis tht was given to my child.
