We have been so happy with the care our twin boys have received from Dr. Baker and staff. Pretti, the front desk manager is always so helpful, accommodating, and has been able to help me with the different requests I've had since we started coming to this practice. Dr. Baker is a great doctor, and we’ve had a great experience with him and his entire team. He takes the time to truly listen, never makes you feel rushed, and genuinely cares about his patients and their families. He is thoughtful, compassionate, and takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the plan moving forward. I work in the medical field so I personally can feel the sincerity of a physician and medical staff. We are thankful that we met Dr Baker and my son will start soon his ABA therapy. Kudos to Miss Pritti for her patience in helping us send the forms we needed for our other son so we don’t have to travel to Lutz. She has a great personality to hear over the phone.
Nikki and Petty at the front desk were extremely unprofessional about something as sensitive of a referral is took 7 months to get, it is hard enough having a child with special needs and when we are dealing with office staff with 0 compassion it is heartbreaking. We still dont know why the dates of my childs ABA referral were changed, they say it was the system and they dont know and cannot do anything to help. He's very to the point, which I appreciate as a nurse. I don't need things sugar coded. He is also very open to parent input. I feel like he listens to us if we want to try a new treatment/medication with our autistic son. Because of this our son has really flourished under his care. I feel like he really wants to help my child and give us realistic expectations.
