I am in between my 3-4 year living at this property. Same unit and had the same management team for a couple years now and love them all! We've had a new owner of our building for about a year now and they have been the best. So far this has been the best year the property has been allowed to run thanks to the resources given.
On 01/08/2026, Denis from Maintenance was so helpful to me when I needed to throw away a very heavy dress mirror. Dennis came to my apartment and dismantled the whole dress mirror for me then carried it downstairs to load it to the dumpster truck for me. I cannot thank Denis enough for his help. I want to give a shout-out to our maintenance technician. He was always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever we have an issue. Repairs are done right the first time, and he consistently explained what was going on instead of rushing through the job. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about residents. Definitely one of the best maintenance experiences we’ve had.
Honestly, I always have really good interactions with the Rya crew when we run into them or we put in maintenance requests but today takes the cake. Couldn’t really tell you how it happened, but my phone slide out of the car and straight down the drain on the road. Ran into Mickala just in the elevator and her and Dennis actually went out of their way to retrieve my phone for me. I’m actually still shocked that the RYA team was willing to go that far and above and beyond for their residents.
The office staff, maintenance team and cleaning crew are wonderful - which is very rare when renting!! Overall a nice place and clean amenities. Management communicates parking situation clearly and provides any updates in advance. Only concerns were typical with apartment living, but nothing to do with the complex itself or office staffing. Loved renting from the Rya team - very helpful, kind and prompt.
