Knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to get the item to repair my cell phone same day in less than an hour
Seriously first-class experience. Unfortunately, our dog chewed our iPhone 6 that we left on our coffee table. No, this wasn't the glass only (we have had this phone repaired before, and it was just the glass), the LCD was also cracked, making it completely unusable. The touch screen didn't work, the phone wasn't showing picture either. Worried it wouldn't be able to be repaired, we head to the Apple Store to plan to get a new phone.
