CrossFit is a very humbling experience, but between the coaches and the other attendees, this gym provides a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging place to have that experience. The environment here makes it easy to push yourself while still feeling welcome, no matter your level. I genuinely look forward to working out here every day, and I’m grateful for the people who make this place what it is. RX SportFit is a very special place.

So glad to have found Rx! This community has never met a stranger, aka you won’t have to worry about feeling like the “new” member for long. Convenient for busy schedules, with 6 different class times to choose from. Personal training, strength and nutritional accountability programs are available as well. The owners are one of a kind, and their leadership is mirrored through the great coaches. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
