I've been taking my medication for 6 years and all of a sudden you deny it. Real classy.
Had the worst experience changing insurance companies ever due to this company. They were incompetent, didn't follow through on their responsibilities, and didn't return phone calls. They definitely do not care about patients. Absolutely atrocious.
They do not care about patient health. Only care about pinching pennies.
Absolutely the most unprofessional operation I have ever seen. Operators on phone are rude and will disconnect your calls at random. Especially when you are trying to get appeal for medication that a Dr states you need and that has been working for you that this company in their "God Like" wisdom go's against your physician who actually examined you. Also they loose any information that your Dr. Sends them. These type of companies should be outlawed by the government.
