If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was getting two texts a day for multiple days saying my delivery was able to be scheduled. I called the number, no option to speak to a human, and just an automated message saying "No delivery dates available." Then we finally emailed customer service and were able to speak to a human. Delivery scheduled for a Friday. We made plans to be home for that day even though we already had plans. Then received a text message saying delivery was now scheduled for the next day. The delivery went as planned. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. When I scheduled the delivery, they said that they would remove one furniture item and I made sure to confirm that futons were included. When they delivered the mattress, they could barely speak English and refused to take the futon. Then I received a call when they left from a guy asking me who told me that they would take the futon because he needs to have a word with them... what a joke! Not sure how they are still contractors with Costco...

I have nothing good to say about RXO. I've dealt with them in the past when they were under the name XPO. My delivery has been reschedule 3 times in the last week and then twice today and it keeps getting farther away. I could have ordered this picked it up at Best Buy a week after placing the order with LG. Only reason I didn't was because at the time Best Buy was out of stock.. What a joke. Today alone it has been reschedule 3 times, Saturday March 7th, Friday March 17th and now March 7th again...

Absolute trash heap of a company. If logistics were a joke, this would be the punchline. Save yourself the headache and look literally anywhere else.

Received a quote from UPS website, which sent me to Coyote Logistics. The actual quotes and carriers they came back with were very different from what was on the UPS site. Boxes were damaged in transit and the driver failed to mark damaged on their end so our claim was denied. I had several pictures for proof of damage but claim was still denied. Won't be using this service again.
