Received a quote from UPS website, which sent me to Coyote Logistics. The actual quotes and carriers they came back with were very different from what was on the UPS site. Boxes were damaged in transit and the driver failed to mark damaged on their end so our claim was denied. I had several pictures for proof of damage but claim was still denied. Won't be using this service again.

Unable to adhere to delivery schedule. Created false pictures and narrative as to why they were unable to deliver. I was told delivery was rescheduled for the folllowing day via call and voicemail. Delivery was missed yet again and not rescheduled according to their records. -update response RXO responded that they were out for delivery the following day in the Google reply.
