Absolute trash for Amazon pickups. They will give you an appointment then fail to secure a carrier. They will do this every single scheduled day. It's now going on two weeks. Email thread answered by a new person every time. Terrible communication. I can't get a straight answer to what's going on except "that's logistics"

Be careful taking time off, I been running with Coyote for awhile and never had a issue, I thought it was logical I timed my insurance to expire days before Thanksgiving so I don't waste insurance day's and other monthly payments when I don't plan to be driving, fast forward 30+ day's FMCSA will pause your if you if you don't renew your insurance and that's no problem when you want to take time off, coming back getting insurance and a fee for reinstating authority with your new insurance is $80 ... read more
This company is ridiculous! I have been going back and forth for two weeks to make my delivery! Have been scheduled twice and no one showed up. At this point there is no communication about where my dryer is. They keep telling me it was sent back to warehouse to be scanned in since Saturday and today is Wednesday. How long does it take a item to be scanned’ No communication at all! And when o call they act like they tired of me calling and like they are reading off a script!
