Drivers have tried booking loads with RXO and when they run the mc number they immediately hang up our company has done great work for them in the past and we can't seem to talk to anyone to find out what is the issue they never give you a chance to speak it's very childish I'm sure the owner of this company is not aware of this
Terrible appliance delivery experience. I ordered several appliances from Samsung and, knowing my house sits down a steep driveway, I made sure to contact the delivery company in advance to confirm it wouldn’t be an issue. I try to book the load with Tyler from Ohio to Michigan, he responded to me with pick up time and delivery time , I send him question about the rate, he sent me email back 700$ I told him I will take it he never replied back , they kept posting same load on Dat board over and over . This time I sent email to Keith he never replied me back , I mean what to say 🤷♂️
Worse logistics company!! I ordered a fridge from Sam's club. Delivery Time frame is basically all Day. Thursday At 8:30pm I was supposed to be next one to be delivered that day, Friday never happened either and now wants me to reschedule for Tuesday all day!! Bad customer service too!!
Absolute trash for Amazon pickups. They will give you an appointment then fail to secure a carrier. They will do this every single scheduled day. It's now going on two weeks. Email thread answered by a new person every time. Terrible communication. I can't get a straight answer to what's going on except "that's logistics"
