To this place installation is plugging it into the wall. "installer" came in and immediately started telling us every way they could not do the job. Drop the installation BS because you suck. I better get my 175 dollar refund for your shitty service back asap.
Absolutely one of the most dysfunctional logistic companies ever come across with. The customer service and compliance department are worthless including the broker that is supposedly assigned for your account.
I would agree with all the “would give zero if I could” club. I would stay away from Home Depot as they use these guys. The lost my item twice. Lied and said they ordered it to my house only to find out it was MIA. Still is no where to be found.
If I could give a no star rating I would. I was burned by Coyote Logistics in the summer of 2016 where my time-critical shipment was left on a dock and I had hire another company and pay a premium due to the late notice. I said I would never use them again. Coyote reached out recently, under new management/ownership (UPS) and gave me a great rate for another time-critical load, so I agreed and paid.
