First - delivery drivers were awesome, polite, and nice. As you can see by the image it's 7:30pm and it says 2pm. No calls, no updates, their website doesn't actually track anything it shows the same location all day. I call into the support and they say "by 8pm". I wasn't able to make dinner, my 5 year old goes to bed at 8pm, so now I have to hope the people delivering it don't wake him up.
I m on a load for coyote from Ny to Co the place where i supose to delever load is under construction & not taking load & the brooker i booked load is off and he gave others number they r not answering my call and put my number on voicemail now i do not what do nobody is helping and broker will be back on 30th i had a lot load with them but this will be last i had never seen brokers like coyote worst ever experience even do not know that they will pay or not but last load with coyote
I have worked with Coyote for 13 years, with alot of different brokers, but Andrew Cannon is by far something else!! We booked a load on 10/18 from Duncan, SC to Waxahachie, TX with a rate con of 22,800lbs 13 pallets. When arrived to shipper we were loaded with 16,000lbs 10 pallets more then agreed. Worse service ever! My company had me get a last-minute quote, I went through UPS (Which I have found out they are in partnership with them) I spoke with someone OVER the phone to see about delivering some steel. Gave him the address and he gave me a quote. I paid via credit card and scheduled the pickup. months later we got another bill for an additional charge, saying it's residential so we owe $100 extra.
