Their customer service is AI and won't respond to questions. Very frustrating.
Disappointing but consistent with their reviews. $700 for shipping resulted in $2K in broken items delivered for a $2800.00 total loss. Driver left before we could unpack the pallet so nothing could be noted on the “POD” so our claim was denied… after 6 weeks of emails. Our business and personal shipping needs will NOT go through Coyote again.
Broker could have more patience and be more professional. Also there is hardly any room for price negotiations.
