Be careful taking time off, I been running with Coyote for awhile and never had a issue, I thought it was logical I timed my insurance to expire days before Thanksgiving so I don't waste insurance day's and other monthly payments when I don't plan to be driving, fast forward 30+ day's FMCSA will pause your if you if you don't renew your insurance and that's no problem when you want to take time off, coming back getting insurance and a fee for reinstating authority with your new insurance is $80 ... read more
UPDATE!! The refrigerator has been delivered and RXO was very helpful in making sure this time it was delivered by a courteous delivery team who delivered within the time frame! Horrible delivery service!! I would give zero stars if I could!! Our delivery was scheduled from 1:30 to 5:30 and they showed up an hour early. They called me at 11:30, but I was in an appointment. Don't work with these crooks they double book loads to see who gets there first then when you call them to ask what's going on they don't answer the shipper had to be the one to tell me they were ere loading another truck asked driver and they had offered him 400$ cheaper that's what happens when you let people from third world countries become brokers Lorena Bocci is her name
