Great broker! Truly a pleasure to work with. Very supportive of the carrier. Has been with them for over 15 years. Truly cares and spends time and effort to help the carrier with any issues it may have over the road or later.. Highly recommended!!!
Would not deliver as promised. They said our fridge would not fit. We have the same fridge already in the house. They went back out to their truck to come up with another excuse and came back and said on its raining we cant we will get hurt. Its sprinkling outside!!! This logistics company is absurd!!! If I had a choice, I'd never use them again, but they are third party. Ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's, and they arrived for delivery, and refused to do it. Their first excuse was its too big, first lie because we have the same dimensions refrigerator already in the house. Abusive broker. They deduct claims from small trucking companies where the broker made a mistake and the carrier did nothing wrong. Then management hides and doesn’t come to discuss amicable resolution.
Worst company ever! They give you dates they'll be delivering or picking up and never show up!
