Support is non-existent. Every time we call we are placed on hold or they assign a ticket and no one on their end follows thru.
We have been a loyal customer with our four pharmacies since 2014. In the last few years, the customer service has been horrible. I've been waiting weeks to get a remote access repaired. I've been waiting days to get our Eyecon connected. There's a reason Rx30's name is dirt on the community pharmacists Facebook page.

Used to recommend Rx30 to others...their customer service was great but it got extremely bad!!! They used to call back the same day....Now, if you’re lucky in about a week or never!!!
I used to recommend Rx30. Support has gone downhill dramatically. I have to manage support tickets like they're a project I've delegated to my staff. Constant follow up is required. I've had direct conversations with the support manager expressing this. She sympathizes but nothing changes. What's worse? They raised the prices of support. I've used them since I opened in 2006. If the environment in pharmacy were better, I'd switch in a heartbeat. Now i'm stuck. Don't use Rx30 until they get their act together, if they do.

In 2004 upto 2017 this company was fantastic. Suddenly support has become non existent? We have a Server that is unbelievably slow and we cannot get a call back. The POS credit card transactions take nearly 60 seconds to transmit. It is embarrassing customers look at us like what is going on with you guys... awful

I had a very bad and costly experience in 2012. My AWPs were not updated for 6 months (Jan- June) my estimated losses were about 20K. Rx30 was not responsive and never even reimbursed me even $1. I have emailed and spoken to numerous people to no avail.
Corporate buy out Typical Profit Profit Profit Reduce services Reduce employees At customer expense We have had register problems for weeks Unable to reconcile delivery Etc etc etc Due to software update Never happened in past under former ownership If you are looking for system Keep looking!!!!!
