Excellent service from start to finish! Roy and his team were professional, responsive, and truly cared about helping us through the process. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. Juan and Rogelio did the work on our house, and they were great! Very friendly and professional, they happily answered questions we had and did a good job. They called everyday to let me know when they were coming. Made sure they got our water heater back in ASAP after they had to take it out. Valentin even bought us ice cream from the ice cream truck on the day we had the pipe break. We always felt we were in good hands.
Had a water leak suddenly and they began working the next day. Franciso, Olea, and Jaun were men on the floor with the restoration. These workers were respectful, polite and hard working. They got the job done. However, there were a lot of hidden fees. The incident happened on the weekend, there was a fee for that. The usage of dehumidifiers, there was a fee per day.
