Really really rude technician who cut me off whenever I tried to speak, she was misinformed, and to top it all off she pretty much hung up on me. This isn't how to treat patients who rely on medicine, this isn't how to treat anyone. It's very sad that folks have lost hospitality or kindness in general. A little empathy would go along way. I will never ever fill my meds here again. Managers: maybe ask your techs and customer care team to have a respectful attitude and that would help you alot in itself.

My Dr Sara was able to get the Much needed medicine for me from Universal pharmacy, no place else would. Thank you.

I really appreciate this pharmacy, the pharmacies near where I live often run out of my prescriptions and never communicate with me. I have used this pharmacy for 4+ years and tried switching to local pharmacies (simply because they were closer), but always end up switching back here. The delivery people have always been really nice and we end up chatting actually.
