Added a star because the email folks are incredibly helpful and patient! However, navigating the site is incredibly difficult. I am on a medication that could send me to the hospital if I cannot take it, and I am deeply deeply concerned that the general disorganization and difficulty of using RXPlus may result in that. The people who work here are great but the system is frankly terrifying for someone like me who relies on a medication to function.
Not shocked to see 1.5 star average rating here.. Forced into using this year and have had a terrible experience so far. My scripts have not come yet as they aren’t approved by the pharmacist. I have been waiting about a week and am told 5 business days to ship once they are approved. Advent sent my pharmacy an override as I have been out of the medications and the override doesn’t work w out a new script bc it has been transferred to advent -_- Good idea in theory but terrible execution. They suck.
I just want to thank you all so much! I have yet to have an issue with RXPlus and yesterday really made it clear how patients are first. A very time sensitive medication was able to be delivered to me same day, and I am so extremely appreciative of your team/pharmacist efforts to have made that happen.
