I have several times tried to have my medication delivered and most of the time there's a problem. I have to call them to make sure that the order goes through. There's seem to be a communication problem between Rx Plus and my physician's office, but when I go to Publix for my first dosage of meds, no problem. I wish we didn't have go through Rx Plus for our medication.

There is plenty of reviews to reflect the missed aspects of the 4 core values. I have seen where they decide not to fill an increased strength because they recently sent the lower dose and you actually have to call to make sure they fill the new therapeutic dose. And yes it would be nice to have the choice to go to a pharmacy where you can actually see and interact with them. But the reason to add mine is the failure to "Own it". We have continued issues in getting critical anti rejection medications filled. More than once we have been without our refill when the prescription was sent well in advance. Then we have to try and get it transferred and filled at a local pharmacy and pay more as it’s a specialty medication. This most recent experience was due to the prescription ending up with the wrong specialty department and not getting routed properly. We called after waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive. I cannot express my gratitude for the fertility team with Rx Plus pharmacy, everyone has been very helpful and communicative. I specifically must mention Ila M. She has a guardian angel for me during this process. Ila has shown compassion and patience with me and has assisted advocating for me to help get my fertility clinic so fax over the correct forms for prior authorization.
