Jae was absolutely amazing. Above and beyond. I was doing 100 other things while she handled everything on the line for me and then took it a step further to assist after I had to go. So grateful for her help!

Lamoncia went above and beyond to help us with our prescription. There were some issues with where we could fill the prescription and she spent 20 minutes with me waiting on another pharmacy to make sure we were able to transfer the prescription correctly. She was very patient and was genuinely happy to help
I was assisted by Lamonica in Pharmacy Customer Service. I have never had such amazing customer service. She was very professional very informative, gave me 30 minutes of talk time to understand the process of setting up my Pharmacy access. Very much appreciated her kindness and attention to detail!
